Product Overview
The product is made with high-quality Swiss carbon steel and British stainless steel. The manufacturing process includes computer-controlled grinding, sharpening, and polishing to ensure consistently smooth incision properties. The product is sterilized using GAMMA radiation at 2.5 – RADS.
To maintain quality and integrity, each item is packaged with a Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) paper lining, undergoes leakage testing, and is sealed in an aluminum foil peel pack. Production lots are sampled and conform to ISO 2859 standards, at an inspection level of (S4) AQL 1.0 & 2.5, and blade rigidity is tested to prevent breakage. The blades are also tested to confirm that they conform to ISO 7740 (1995) and BS 2982 (1986) standards and are ultrasonically cleaned before packing.
Additionally, the product is latex-free and ready for use by medical professionals.
