1. Introduction
1.1 For purposes of this Refund and Return Policy, “you” or “your” refers to the customer. Please read this Refund and Return Policy carefully as it constitutes your agreement with MedFly LLC/ www.medfly.us .
1.2 By engaging us to provide our products, you agree to be legally bound by this Refund and Return Policy. MedFly LLC/ www.medfly.us reserves the right to change or modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time.
2. MedFly LLC Return Policy For All Products
At MedFly LLC/ www.medfly.us , our main goal is to make certain that you receive the suitable product. However, for any reason you may select a product that does not meet your needs. In order to avoid needless returns, please consult with a MedFly LLC/ www.medfly.us representative before placing an order. Should you need to return an item, please carefully read the below restrictions and contact us for a Return Authorization Request form.
Most items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund as long as they meet the following conditions:
1. The item must be returned in the original packaging at the client’s expense.
2. The item must be received by us in the original packaging, in new condition, and with no damage such as cracks, marks, missing parts, or dirty – such as carts, wheelchairs etc.
3. A Return Authorization Request form must be obtained from MedFly LLC/ www.medfly.us within 30 days of delivery.
4. To receive a refund, replacement, or a credit, the item must be returned to MedFly LLC/ www.medfly.us within 3 days of receiving the Return Authorization Request form.
3. Non-returnable Products
1. Any open box item.
2. All custom orders.
3. Specimen collection samples.
For questions regarding a particular item please call MedFly LLC/ www.medfly.us before ordering. PLEASE NOTE: Items without a Request Authorization number will not be valid for refund, replacement, or credit of any type.
4. Return Shipment
Please note that return freight is the customer’s responsibility unless MedFly LLC/ www.medfly.us made an error. Carefully follow all return-shipping instructions that are included with your Return Authorization number. In case an item is returned to the wrong address, MedFly LLC/ www.medfly.us reserves the right to charge for any additional shipping fees associated with shipping the item to the correct location.
To protect the returned items, we extremely recommend insuring the items against shipping loss or damage.
5. Canceled Orders
Orders canceled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. Clients must accept delivery, obtain an Request Authorization Number and ship the item back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 25% restocking fee may apply.
6. Credits
Once your return is received, MedFly LLC/ www.medfly.us will issue a credit to the credit card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your credit to post. If you paid by cash, check, or money order, we will issue a check to the billing address or shipping address on file within 14 days.
If your item is defective or was damaged in shipping, please immediately contact us. We will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced, or refunded.
