The DCA Vantage™ HbA1c Reagent Cartridge is specifically designed for the quantitative measurement of the percentage of Haemoglobin A1c in the blood. This cartridge must be used alongside the DCA Vantage™ Analyzer. Monitoring the haemoglobin A1c concentration is highly recommended for long-term care of individuals who have diabetes. Additionally, this HbA1c test can be used as a diagnostic tool for diabetes and identifying patients with a high risk of developing the disease. In-clinic HbA1c testing improves patient management by reducing the effort and time required to sort, send, receive, and analyze lab samples and reports.
