Accucold’s ARFG18PV Performance Series is a dual-compressor refrigerator-freezer designed for dependable vaccine and life science storage in hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories, and similar facilities. Measuring just under 28 inches wide, it features an upper refrigerator with a viewing window and a separate manual-defrost freezer below. Both compartments include adjustable wire shelves, durable white powder-coated interiors, LED lighting, keyed locks, self-closing doors, magnetic gaskets, and hospital-grade casters for easy mobility.
Independent microprocessor controls maintain refrigerator temperatures from 2°C to 8°C and freezer temperatures from -30°C to -10°C. Glycol-encased probes, forced-air refrigerator cooling, digital min/max temperature displays, and audible and visual alarms help ensure stable performance. Additional features include remote alarm contacts, probe ports, antimicrobial handles, and a hospital-grade power cord. The refrigerator is designed to support current CDC vaccine-storage guidelines; Accucold also recommends adding a calibrated digital data logger for enhanced temperature monitoring.
