DAPTACEL® DTaP Vaccine is a pediatric combination vaccine that provides active immunization against diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis. It is indicated for use in children 6 weeks through 6 years of age (prior to 7th birthday). Each 0.5 mL dose contains 15 Lf of diphtheria toxoid, 10 Lf of tetanus toxoid, and 5 mcg of acellular pertussis antigens.
The vaccine is adsorbed and preservative-free, offering reliable protection with a well-established safety profile. Packaged in a vial format, DAPTACEL is typically administered as part of a 5-dose series during routine childhood immunizations.
