Sandoz Iron Sucrose Injection, USP is a sterile prescription iron replacement product indicated for treating iron deficiency anemia in patients with chronic kidney disease. Each 10 mL single-dose vial contains 200 mg of elemental iron, providing a concentration of 20 mg/mL for intravenous administration.
This product is supplied as a case of five preservative-free, single-dose vials. Discard any unused portion after use. Store the vials in their original carton at 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F), with permitted excursions from 15°C to 30°C (59°F to 86°F). Do not freeze. Administration must be performed by qualified healthcare professionals according to the prescribing information.
